• Engineering and Design – Our engineers will put together a comprehensive design on larger systems that include AutoCAD drawing, detailed equipment lists and accurate parts list. We believe in doing things once so the first steps of the process are critical to ensure a smooth installation.
  
  
  
• Programming – Our technician are certified in Universal Remote, Netstreams and AMX. We will create user friendly remote controls that are easy to use and yet deliver impressive control.
  
  

• After your new system is installed, Cinemagic is just a phone call away if you experience any failures in the system or you simply forgot how to work something. We want you to be a customer for as long as own audio and video equipment. We offer over the phone service to walk you through simple fixes and 24 -48 hour turn around time for an onsite visit.
